Zhengzhou Zhongnan Jete Superabrasives Co., Ltd., found in 2000, is majored in the business of CBN mesh, CBN micron and Diamond micron.
We have more than 1800 sets of various instruments and devices now, which are used for R&D, process trial, CBN mass production, inspection etc. Advanced production control system and updated inspection methods can guarantee the quality consistency and stable process when mass production.
Advanced test devices include: Automatic Electronic Morphology Analyzer, Magnetic Analyzer, Thermal Impact Toughness Tester, Bulk Density Tester, Micron PSD Analyzer, SEM, ICP, Electron Microscope System and etc.
Our CBN products have various types and complete specifications, including types: black CBN110, black CBN115, black CBN116, bright black CBN120A, bright black CBN120B, amber CBN210A, amber CBN210B, golden CBN230, dark brown CBN280, dark brown CBN286 and microcrystalline CBN310, which are widely used in resin bond, vitrified bond, electroplating and metal bond tools. Also, based on our strong R&D ability, we are able to design and develop new types according to customer’s specified requirement.
With the advantages of strong R&D ability, advanced test system and mass productivity, we already have had the leading position of CBN business. More than half of our products are sold to overseas market, and won high reputation among end users. Now, we are still devoting to the innovation and development of superabrasives industry.
