Molding: We have 2 sets of Denmark Disa auto molding machines, the auto formed sand mold is perfect and indispensible for small size balls, 12.7/ 15/ 17mm.
Heat treatment: We have 6 sets of Germany auto heat treatment system, to control heat treatment preciselly and consistently,

It brings excellent consistence on composition ±1%; hardness ±1.5HRC, center/surface.
On performance: breakage≤0.5%, deform rate≤1%, ball falling resistance over 22000 times.
