This business was started in 2000 in response to the increasing demands of worldwide hose and fitting agencies and hydraulic system manufactures. Our two state-of-the-art facilities, built on a 6000 square meter site, are designed to support quality and efficiency. Facility No.1 is dedicated to exceptional manufacturing, whereas facility No.2 is used as office and warehouse. Our testing equipment and precision NC machine tools are top-notched among industrial peers, allowing us to complete big orders in record time.
There are mainly three styles of hydraulic hoses, fittings and adapters that meet British, American and Japanese standards. Standard materials like type 20 and 15 steel are worked and formed into final shapes on NC machine tools. Finished components are durable, dimensionally accurate, and able to bear high pressure without fracture.
The range in industries we serve is vast, including metallurgy, petrochemical, mining, construction, building, injection molding, and chemical engineering, among other applications requiring reliable hydraulic systems. In the past few years, our export sales have accounted for 70% of total sales income, with major destinations being the USA, Europe, and Southeast Asia.
Optional materials such as stainless steel and copper can be used to customize your hydraulic hose and fittings based on customer-supplied design drawings.
